Everything I do as a coach is to help people feel less anxious around food, fitness, and body image. I love helping people realise how nutrition isn't as complicated as they think, and they don't have to go all in. I’m here to help improve relationships with food and leave people in a more informed place.
Get to know Coach Sameet
I left corporate life to follow what I was really passionate about – fitness. I started out running bootcamps, but seeing the same faces again and again made me realise I wasn’t helping people learn how to live. I wanted to help clients make lasting changes, improve their body image, and take control of their lives. So I moved into Personal Training, then 1-2-1 coaching, and gained an evidence-based education in nutrition.
